Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate (as Creapure®), Cane sugar, Calcium Lactate Magnesium Lactate, Acidifiers (citric acid and malic acid), Natural orange flavour, Natural sweetener (Stevia).
1 Scoop with 200 - 250ml of water once a day, every day. On hard training day take one scoop before workout and one scoop after second workout.
For optimal results, we recommned not mixing creatine with caffeine or other acidic drinks.
