  • Saturday 11.30-18.30
    11.30-12.00 - Arrival, Welcome, structure of the weekend (including lunch meal)
    12.00-12.30 - Fraser warm up and movement prep
    12.30-15.00 - Weightlifting Workshop (Chris Freebury)
                 - 12.30-13.30 Snatch
                 - 13-30-13.45 short break
                 - 13.45-14.45 Clean and jerk 
    14.45-15.00 - Break 
    15.00-16.00 - CrossFit Session with Will & The Lean Machines
    16.00-17.15 - Short break 
    17.00-18.00 - Team Workout 
    18.00-18.30 - Recovery shake/de-brief/info for tomorrow 
    Sunday 10.00-17.00
    10.00-10.30 - Arrival, Welcome, structure of the day (and breakfast)
    10.30-11.15 - Accessories session
    11.15-11.30 - Short Break 
    11.30-13.00 - Gymnastics Workshop with Sheli McCoy
    13.00-13.30 - Break (lunch)
    13.30-14.30 - CrossFit Emoms (Gymnastics) 
    14.30-14.45 - Short break 
    14.45-16.15 - Mini Team Comp (aerobic, Strength, gymnastics)
    16.15-16.30 - Prize giving
    16.30-17.00 - Question and answer Will/Fraser/Mitch/The Lean Machines

£150 for the a single day or £250 for the whole weekend
